At Home4Lease, we value the trust of our customers and franchise partners. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made towards Franchise Plans, Subscription Fees, or Digital Services are non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases as outlined below.

2. Situations Eligible for Refund

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice due to a technical error.
  • Failed Transaction: If the amount was deducted but the service (listing/ID activation) was not delivered.
  • Non-Activation of Service: If your franchise ID, subscription, or listing is not activated within 7 working days of successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital Franchise Fees (₹49 / ₹149 or any other plan).
  • Renewal or subscription charges once the account is active.
  • Digital certificates, referral IDs, marketing kits, or any tools already issued.
  • Payments for listings or advertisements once published.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must raise a request within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team with the following details:

  • Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
  • Date & Mode of Payment
  • Reason for Refund

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be credit within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
  • The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Policy Updates

Home4Lease reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates.
